Could you please record a podcast about living the Beauty Detox way (or incorporating elements of it) for plant-based athletes? For instance, I know you recommend the hemp-based protein smoothie post workout, but many sports nutritionists say that fats slow down protein absorption, which is essential for muscle growth and recovery post workout.
