I’ve been loving your books and podcasts, especially The Beauty Detox Power. I’m curious of your view on eggs. I know you say diary is not good for digestion, but how do eggs come into play?

I am in early stages of pregnancy and for the last few weeks I have been finding it really hard to stomach the GGS first thing. I am craving plain foods all day like potatoes or gluten free toast which I don’t usually like to eat a lot of. I wondered if it is ok to have my GGS later on in the day and can you recommend any plain foods which I could replace the potatoes and toast for?

Hi Kimberly! I practice a baptiste vinyasa flow 3-4 times a week. Since it’s hot yoga, how can I make sure to replenish my body with vitamins and minerals that I lost during the flow? I drink unpasteurized coconut water and eat plant based, but is that enough?
