I absolutely love listening to your Podcasts and taking what I learn and applying it to my life! One question I have that’s been on my mind for a while is: Is chewing gum daily bad for your body? I chew gum a lot for comfort, but I am willing to give it up if need be.

I struggle with night eating/snacking. It seems like I can’t give up snacking after dinner. I have read beauty detox power that discusses cravings a lot, but I can’t isolate my cravings to just one area. One night I may want salty and another sweet. It’s frustrating to follow a good regimen all day and get stuck in this bad habit of snacking on unhealthy foods at night. Any suggestions?
