Enjoy tea time with my mum’s new Radical Beauty book. I approve! ;)
Hi Kimberly
My husband and myself drink tea three times a day and we both enjoy it. Boiling decoctions make me think I am a sort of witch and what I broil is a love potion. I often add mint and warming spices, my favorite being Badiane, a form of star anise.
Very interesting tips in this dialogue, particularly about the benefits of green tea.
Thank you for helping us to take care of ourselves.
Hey Kimberly, hope all is well with you and baby boy?. Glad I had the opportunity to meet you this past Monday at the Skirball. You’re right it did feel as though we’ve known each other or met before. I enjoyed this wks pod cast. I picked up some echinacea tea and have been enjoying a cup everyday to help keep from catching the sniffles. I had a question about your lickable paste. I tried it and loved it. Just wanted to know how long each serving would keep. It’s a good enough portion that I get full quickly and have much left over. I also wonder if you think the tea would be ok to share with my soon to be 2 yr old. I also wanted to know if the chia gel could go bad if not consumed within a wk. Hope to hear back. Thank you for all your support and kindness❤️
