Hi Kimberly, I love your podcast! Thanks so much for taking the time to spread such knowledge to your listeners. I have a question, so I love working out! I primarily do strength training and high intensity cardio in the morning. What are some great pre-workout options? I love my lemon and water as well as green juice once I wake up but sometimes that doesn’t give me the energy that I need. So how do I still incorporate that as well as something else to give me a boost of energy.
