Today I’m sharing 5 of my favorite healthy Memorial Day Recipes, like guilt-free burgers and hot wings, that you can whip up and enjoy outside in the warmer weather as you celebrate!

De-Bloating Turmeric Lemonade

Regardless of what you’re eating today, you’re going to want to sip on this refreshing De-Bloating Turmeric Lemonade Elixir! Whether you choose to indulge with a burger or munch on a salad for Memorial Day, this lemonade is sure to keep you hydrated and feeling great.     Why do you usually eat for lunch ? Any animal protein or lentils and quinoa ?

      Hi Viauroux and thanks for your question. I typically will eat a wrap filled with hummus and veggies and dinner time I will make salads and/or veggie stir-fry’s with quinoa, which provides healthy plant-based protein.
