Feeling Good is about accepting who we are and living from a place of inner peace in our perfectly imperfect lives. It is not about having a picture-perfect life with a flawless body, job, family and so on. That’s all outside stuff. We can have those things and still feel deeply unhappy. Yes, we can strive for improvement. Yet at the same time, we can live from a place of understanding that no matter how we look or what we do, we’re already whole, complete, and okay as we are.
Feeling good is about tapping into our inner compass that can guide us in making decisions and tuning out the comparisons, over-analyzing, self-doubt and pretending that causes so much turmoil in our lives.
