Today’s blog brings you something very personal and near to my heart. I am going to be talking about my new yoga course today and also sharing some testimonials from some of my beloved, virtual students! This is going to be an amazing way that you and I are going to connect, and I simply can not wait. :)
This course is different because…yes!
You will be getting some full Vinyasa yoga sequences you can practice at home or on the road anywhere. But (but!) you will also get SO much more. This is a whole course, a whole comprehensive program!
The program includes many layers and dives deep into the rich principles of yoga beyond the asanas (physical poses).
I want you to get as much out of your practice as possible – how to breathe, understanding the roots of yogic philosophy and what certain poses are meant to really do, and beyond.
You can start with the physical or the written material, or both, and keep incorporating more into your life as you choose or as it feels right to you.
I’m absolutely thrilled and honored about being able to offer you this course, as it is something that you’ve requested for a long time. I’ve promised you that I have been working on it, and I truly have!

My yoga course compliments my third book perfectly and I feel it will help you to keep building on your personal awareness while on your journey to nourish your mind, body and soul.
So….what exactly does this course include? It includes full Vinyasa sequences. There’s two of them. One for an experienced beginner and one that’s more intermediate. The flows came from the way that I’m practicing right now, in unique sequences that will strengthen your whole body and open up your energy.
Yoga is such a big part of my life, and I’m thrilled that we will be able to practice together.
My yoga course is accessible in my online academy which is easy to use on your phone, tablet or computer, this way you can complete the modules at your own pace.
You can always go back and look over the information whenever you need it, as it will always be there for you. Part of the reason I am so excited about the yoga course is I wanted to share with you the way that I move on my mat. I do pretty much all self-practice at home now.
The other part of the course, beyond just the physical part and the physical movement, I wanted to give you more learning because yoga is such an amazing rich tradition and there’s so much that we can get out of it beyond just moving our body to certain shapes.
In the modules, in the written part of the course, you’re going to get a rich history and understanding of what yoga is about, where it originated, the different branches, the different parts of yoga, more understanding of the asanas, written material about the poses, and a lot of personal perspective as well.
I share more about my personal practice and my meditation practice and what it’s all about.

A few words from Susan after using Kimberly’s Yoga Course: As soon as I got access to Kimberly’s Yoga Course I could not wait to try out the Vinyasa sequence. The first time I did the full Vinyasa sequence I was exhausted but in a good way. It really works every part of your body.
It’s been a while since I’ve done yoga, and I’ve been wanting to get back into it for a while. Everything on the video flows at a good pace and is narrated wonderfully so that I don’t have to watch my ipad the whole time.

It also has a beginner and intermediate video as well as a breathing video. I bought an extra copy of the book for my sister-in-law. She’s been having a rough time with her health for the past couple of years and severe allergies her whole life. She is now gluten free and it’s helped a lot. This book will be perfect for her. The other copy is for my boyfriend. He’s read Kimberly’s other books and is a Beauty Detoxer.

I just started Kimberly’s Yoga Course a week ago and The first time I did the full Vinyasa sequence I felt very relaxed and refreshed. I feel a huge difference when doing Kimberly’s program because she paces the sequence well and says a lot while talking little.
Other instructors and programs take away from the practice from talking too much instead of keeping it short and simple yet still guiding you. I hardly had to look at the video to do the sequence. The audio alone was outstanding. Kimberly also gives great advice on how Yoga affects you in life and spiritually. I love that.
I’m just getting started and I have just completed the 1st module, but I enjoyed the standing sequences so far the best. I learned different modifications that I’ve never seen before.

A few words from Marina after using Kimberly’s Yoga Course: I have been waiting for Kimberly’s Yoga Course for years! The first time I did the full Vinyasa sequence it felt amazing and I like that the pace is slow paced, and not rushed.
I have taken only one style of yoga, and I feel that no matter what yoga you practice that you yourself have to feel ease with your own body and Kimberly’s course made me feel that way.
My favorite module is reading about the yoga itself. I really enjoy child pose and tree pose. What I did learn is that breathing is very important and not forcing yourself to the next move will always be important. My favorite pose as well is easy pose, because I love meditating too.
I would 100% recommend the course to a friend. You have 3 hours of yoga and so much information in the modules themselves as well which is good to know for anyone really.
This course leaves me with overall positive vibes. I can’t stress enough how I love the slow pace and her peaceful voice. Simple as that.
