  • Love this, I cannot wait for your DVD! I recently finished reading your book The Beauty Detox Power and I recommend it to everyone; I also keep going back to it and using it as a guide, especially the part about cravings and what to eat to balance specific chakras.

    Oddly enough, I have been thinking more and more about having a home practice since I am going to my gym for yoga only 3 days a week and really want to do more. Last night I dreamed I was doing wheel pose all over my apartment, haha! I think it’s a sign that I am ready to try to commit to a home practice. I like the idea of doing this in the morning, too, as I take my gym classes in the morning and I love how it sets a great tone for the rest of my day. This DVD will be so helpful for me to jump start my home practice!

  • Yes, I agree with you, Yoga should be practiced in home. Meditation requires concentration of mind. You cannot do it in public places. High level yogis go to Himalayan caves.

  • Everyone should, indeed, make yoga a part of a daily routine. It’s been helpful for me, too along with short meditation and healthy eating and healthy lifestyle practices.
