I’m so happy and grateful that you are back with more podcasts; I absolutely love them, and usually listen to them while I’m tackling the dishes. As for my question, I’ve experienced for myself that citrus fruits can aggravate allergies and eczema. I love hot lemon water and anything with lemon, but my body is just not happy with it. Do you have an alternative for water and lemon? I’m trying hot water with apple cider vinegar now, which doesn’t taste as good, but maybe has some of the same benefits?

I am 40 lbs. overweight. When I lose these 40, will I have to eat less than someone who has never been overweight to keep the weight off? Do our bodies remember the weight? (ex: quitting smoking, if I have one since quitting, I’m hooked again.)
