I’m struggling quite a bit with uneven skin and redness in my face as well as pimples and bad skin on my chest. How much time would you give the skin to improve after dietary changes?

I’ve read that mixing a capsule of vitamin E with your night eye cream is an easy and healthy way to give your eyes more moisturizing. Do you recommend this? Or do you have another natural way to moisturize this area?

Nine years ago I started consuming high amounts of energy drinks, soda and coffee on a daily basis. I have cut out the energy drinks and soda, but struggle to let go of coffee. Will my body be able to heal itself from the years of damage and what improvements can I expect to see for my inner and outer beauty and health?

I know that you do not promote eating animal protein and I am wondering whether you would recommend eating tofu or tempeh as a protein source, or whether these foods are not good for digestion because they are processed?
