In this episode, Tony and I discuss a topic that can be confusing at times with all the health circles out there, and that is… minerals. It’s been said that our soil is depleted of minerals, which has serious health implications. Tony and I discuss what minerals do in the body, soil depletion, the real truth on whether you need supplements, which minerals you are most likely lacking and more.

Listen in as we discuss the controversy around disease and if it really can be traced to mineral deficiency. We also talk about if we should be taking supplements to try to re-mineralize our bodies and how the Beauty Detox lifestyle  naturally provides more than adequate mineral amounts for your overall health and beauty.

Next, we have my very special guest Dr. Jay, who is an Ayurvedic doctor, practitioner, and my own personal teacher. Dr. Jay shares the best way to adjust our diet for summer, from an Ayurvedic perspective. Listen in as we talk about what foods to incorporate, and how, to enhance our overall health and beauty.
