I can’t seem to stop obsessing over how I look and am constantly comparing myself to others. How do I break this cycle of insecurity and start loving my body no matter what?

I am trying to use healthier sauces to make my plant based meals more delicious. I have been eating a lot of Tamari, I have seen it in your recipes. Is this a sauce that I can have every day or should I try to limit it to a couple times a week?

I drink a lot of sodium and sugar free seltzer water. Is there any reason that I should not drink seltzer water every day?

Where I come from in India, rice is a staple in the diet, specifically white rice. I have swapped out for brown rice but read that the arsenic in brown rice is significantly higher. Is this still true if I buy organic and should I consider switching back to white rice?
