I am a teacher at an inner-city old school building. Naturally, being around 43 students every day means I’m surrounded by a ton of germs. I was already feeling cold-like symptoms last week. The environment I teach in is not the cleanest and I also spend lots of time under fluorescent lighting. Do you have any tips for boosting my immune system and making the most of my situation?

I have a very weak immune system and with fall about now here it is that time of year when I am most likely to catch a cold. Any tips on how to boost the immune system? Are there any supplements I can take for my immunity?

I’ve been following the Beauty Detox Diet for the past couple years. However, during Fall I tend to always get sick.  I’ve also been under a lot of stress and the air in NYC is completely toxic. I’m constantly inhaling cigarette smoke or other pollution everywhere I walk. What can I do to boost my immunity in this toxic and stressful environment?

Any other ideas for creating a strong immune system and digestion for children? I’m wondering if I can give probiotics to my 3 year old by sprinkling the contents into his food or smoothies?
