- ¼ cup of cashew milk
- 1 green apple, chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup ice
- ½ tsp. peppermint extract
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 Tbs. cacao nibs
- Blend milk, banana, apple, ice, peppermint extract, and mint leaves until smooth.
- Stir in cacao nibs.
