Warm Mushroom and Brown Rice Arugula Salad Recipe (inspired from my Thai Takeout!)
- Salad Ingredients:
- 8oz mushrooms
- 1.5 cup brown rice
- 1 bunch basil
- 1T nutritional yeast
- Dressing:
- 1T low-sodium tamari
- About 1.5 T lemon juice
- .5 T raw coconut nectar
- Sprinkle of cayenne (or more if you like it hot!)
