Creamy Vegan Eggnog

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons cashews (preferably soaked overnight)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and process to mix.
  2. Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
