Raw Muhammara Dip

Serves: About 2½ - 3½ Cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1.5 red bell peppers (save the leftover half for your next salad!)
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1.5 Tbs. nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Blend or process all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Use as a delicious dip with veggie sticks.
