Banana Ginger Smoothie Recipe
Serves: 1 smoothie
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cup vanilla coconut yogurt (like the So Delicious brand)
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tsp. coconut nectar or ½ tsp. powdered stevia (optional)
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  1. Add the banana, yogurt, coconut water, coconut nectar or stevia (if desired), and ginger into the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
