Warming Ginger Nectarine Smoothie Recipe
Recipe type: Smoothie
Serves: 1 smoothie
  • Add 1 cup water
  • Then 1 nectarine
  • 1-2" chunk fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
  • Next, add 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 Tbs. coconut nectar (optional, to taste)
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth in a high speed blender and Enjoy!
