Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 1 serving
- Add 1 sweet potato
- Next, add 1½ cup almond or hemp milk
- Then, 1 frozen banana
- Add 1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- Roast sweet potato in oven at 350 degrees until very tender (about 45 minutes). Cool and remove skin.
- Blend all ingredients together starting on low and increasing speed as needed.
- Enjoy!
