Spicy Citrus & Cranberry Blast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 orange, peeled & separated
  • 1 cup cranberry juice – unsweetened (please the equivalent of cranberry extract
  • as well)
  • ¼ cup of cold purified water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • ½-1 teaspoon stevia
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
