Creamy Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen chopped pineapple
  • 2 frozen, ripe bananas
  • ½ cup of coconut water
  • 1 date
Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender combine all the Ingredients.
  2. Using a tamper put the blender on the highest speed setting. Mash the mixture until fully mixed and forms into "nice cream".
  3. Scoop up and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
