Raw Organic Sweet Corn Salsa Recipe

Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 2 large ears organic corn, sliced off the cob (keep raw)
  • ¼ red onion, diced finely
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, diced finely
  • 1 sweet bell pepper, diced finely
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped finely
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1-2 limes
  • Optional:
  • 1-2 jalapenos or increase heat with organic hot sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
  • Serve with: gluten free chips or veggies
  1. Prepare all your veggies and mix together in a bowl.
  2. Add the seasonings and adjust for your taste.
  3. Serve immediately. Great on wraps, tacos etc or pair with a gluten free chip or veggies for a snack!
