Creamy Pineapple Coconut Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 vanilla bean (or ½ tsp. of vanilla extract)
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup large coconut flakes
  • Garnishes: coconut flakes, mint leaves, banana slices, berries
  1. Add coconut milk, banana, pineapple, vanilla, and cinnamon to blender.
  2. Add coconut flakes if you like a thick smoothie OR mix in the coconut flakes once blended to give your smoothie a delicious texture.
  3. Garnish with optional toppings if desired. Enjoy!
