Crispy Rosemary Turnip Fries Recipe
Serves: 4 small servings
  • For Turnip Fries:
  • 4-5 medium turnips, sliced in half, then sliced into sticks.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • For Dipping Sauce:
  • 3 ounces sundried tomatoes (soaked in hot water for 1 hour)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Soak the sundried tomatoes.
  3. Wash, peel and cut turnips.
  4. In a medium size bowl, coat turnips with olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper.
  5. Place on coated baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  6. While turnip fries bake, prepare the dipping sauce by adding all ingredients to a high-powered blender and mix until combined - adding back in water to desired consistency.
