Winter Immunitea Elixir Recipe
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 inches grated ginger
  • 2 tsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  1. Pour hot water and grated ginger into pot. Bring to boil
  2. Strain mixture and pour into cup.
  3. Mix coconut nectar or maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and turmeric. Enjoy!
