Ginger Portobello Bok Choy Stir-fry Recipe
  • 1 Tbs. ginger, minced
  • 5 dried red chiles, sliced
  • 4 Portobello mushrooms sliced
  • 4 heads baby bok choy, cut in half
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp tamari
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Saute garlic, ginger, and chiles in pan with coconut oil.
  2. Add in bok choy and cook until tender (about 4 minutes)
  3. Slice Portobello mushrooms and toss with tamari sauce.
  4. Then add mushrooms to pan and mix together.
  5. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
