Acai Chia Pudding Recipe
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 1 Tbs. pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 Acai packet
  • 1 frozen banana
  1. Combine coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds.
  2. Mix together until combined then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Blend acai packet, banana, 1 cup of coconut milk, and ΒΌ cup of mixed berries in blender.
  4. Layer chia pudding and acai mixture in small bowl. Top with frozen berries. Enjoy!
