Nighttime Lavender Elixir Recipe
  • 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp edible lavender steeped like tea or (lavender tea bag)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or coconut nectar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Heat the almond milk, cinnamon stick, and lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat to just under a boil.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup for additional 1 minute. Strain and enjoy!
