Feel Classy: Cinnamon Clementine Elixir
Serves: 1
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 inches sliced ginger
  • 4 Tbs. honey
  • 4 clementines, peeled and sliced
  1. In a saucepan, add water, honey, ginger, and cinnamon sticks to a simmer.
  2. Place in sliced clementines and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Pour elixir into your favorite mug and enjoy!
