Kimberly Snyder is the ultimate multi-hyphenate when it comes to wellness. She is a spiritual and meditation teacher, nutritionist, holistic wellness expert, and New York Times best-selling author. Snyder has gained recognition for her approach to one's path to optimal wellness, as she believes there are four cornerstones of true beauty: food, body, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. Her career has led her to explore the dynamic relationships between the four and ultimately share her expertise with others. Snyder has written six books that focus on food and nutrition, including Radical Beauty, which she co-authored with Deepak Chopra, MD. Her latest book—You Are More Than You Think You Arepublished at the beginning of this year—was the first time she completely set nutrition and food aside to write a book that addresses her life purpose as a spiritual guide.

Snyder is also the founder of Solluna, a holistic lifestyle brand that empowers one to live their true beauty through products, tools like Practical Enlightenment meditation, and recipes and information through the Solluna Circle. And that's not even it. She is also the host of the top-rated Feel Good Podcast. Yet before she embarked on this incredible wellness journey and career path, she began her professional career as a celebrity nutritionist with A-list clientele such as Drew Barrymore, Reese Witherspoon, and Channing Tatum.

Listen to the latest episode of Second Life to hear how Snyder found her early career path in nutrition and how she eventually pivoted to finding a spiritual purpose and helping others find theirs.
