To get her abs so toned, LeAnn loves to utilize her jump rope and simple body weight workouts. "I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room," she told Us Weekly.

Another she workout she loves is trampolining. And last year, she got in a birthday workout while doing the fun jumping workout.

She also gets in her exercise with her husband of 11 years, Eddie Cibrian. THey are big fans of cardio spin classes, specifically SoulCycle classes. And they also did a "12 Days of Christmas" workout challenge together last year, a killer circuit training workout that included single leg squats and medicine ball slams.

And her diet is all about balance. She previously told Women's Health, "Nourishment usually looks like high-quality, healthy, whole foods, but sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese," she said. "It’s all a balance."

For breakfast, she often whips up Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, which includes chopped spinach, lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, lemon juice, and more. "My body actually craves it!" LeAnn said.

And she also has a sweet tooth. Last year, she showed off the homemade strawberry shortcake we made...and we NEED the recipe!

She also told Women's Health, "I am a bit of an after-dinner snacker. Barnana Dark Chocolate Banana Bites are my favorite treat, and I love an apple with a little peanut butter."

I love it, LeAnn!
