Carrot Grapefruit Weight Loss Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 2 carrots peeled
  • 1 large grapefruit juiced
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • 1 pear cored

Instructions
 

  • Add the chia seeds to the coconut water and stir. Set in fridge overnight to allow chia seeds to form a gel.
  • Add chia gel, carrots, grapefruit, ginger and pear into the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
