Salty Cucumber Lime Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 English cucumbers (peeled and deseeded)
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup lime juice (about 2 large limes)
  • ½ packet LMNT Electrolyte citrus packet
  • 2 Tbs. coconut nectar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all your ingredients. Place all ingredients into your blender and puree.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine mesh bag into a bowl, squeezing as much juice from the excess pulp as possible.
  • Evenly divide the juice into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and place into freezer for 4 hours before enjoying.
