Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup red cabbage shredded
  • ¼ cup Napa cabbage shredded
  • ½ head of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 4 broccoli stalks thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • ¼ jicama thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup mint torn

DRESSING:

  • 2 Tbs. nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbs. tahini preferably raw, if you can source it
  • Juice of 2 limes to taste
  • 2 tsp. ginger juice
  • 2 tsp. tamari or Liquid Braggs
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL):

  • 2 Tbs. sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbs. almonds chopped

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preparing all your salad ingredients.
  • Next, whisk your salad dressing ingredients together.
  • Mix the dressing into the salad until thoroughly mixed. Add optional toppings and enjoy!
