Ingredients

⁄2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1
cinnamon stick
1
tsp
edible lavender steeped like tea or
lavender tea bag
2
teaspoons
maple syrup or coconut nectar
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat the almond milk, cinnamon stick, and lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat to just under a boil.
Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup for additional 1 minute. Strain and enjoy!
