Acai Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 1 Tbs. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 Acai packet
  • 1 frozen banana

Instructions
 

  • Combine coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds.
  • Mix together until combined then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Blend acai packet, banana, 1 cup of coconut milk, and ΒΌ cup of mixed berries in blender.
  • Layer chia pudding and acai mixture in small bowl. Top with frozen berries. Enjoy!
