Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 Medjool date depending on how much sweetness you want
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in your blender until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and enjoy!
