4-5medium turnipssliced in half, then sliced into sticks.
2tablespoonsolive oil
1-2tbsp.fresh rosemaryfinely chopped
Salt and pepper
For Dipping Sauce:
3ouncessundried tomatoessoaked in hot water for 1 hour
1tspolive oil
Pinchof sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Soak the sundried tomatoes.
Wash, peel and cut turnips.
In a medium size bowl, coat turnips with olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper.
Place on coated baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
While turnip fries bake, prepare the dipping sauce by adding all ingredients to a high-powered blender and mix until combined - adding back in water to desired consistency.
