Quinoa, Kale & Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded curly kale
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 2 stalks of celery chopped
  • ½ English cucumber chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini preferably raw
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • To a large bowl, add all salad ingredients and mix to combine.
  • In a small bowl, add salad ingredients and mix with a fork to combine. Pour onto salad.
  • Enjoy!
