Quinoa, Kale & Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients:

cups
shredded curly kale
1
cup
cooked quinoa
1
cup
cherry tomatoes
sliced
2
stalks of celery
chopped
½
English cucumber
chopped
Dressing:
2
tablespoons
of tahini
preferably raw
Juice of a lemon
1
teaspoon
olive oil
Sea salt
to taste
Instructions
To a large bowl, add all salad ingredients and mix to combine.
In a small bowl, add salad ingredients and mix with a fork to combine. Pour onto salad.
