Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A sprinkle of nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut nectar to sweeten to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
