2tsp.wateror more as needed to achieve desired consistency
Pinchof cayenne pepper
½tsp.lime juice
Note: Remember this is an opportunity to experiment and you can use nori sheetscollard leaves, romaine, chard and other veggies to “wrap” whatever you choose to create for filling!
Instructions
Prep all filling ingredients. Place a bowl of water near your rolling station.
Lay a wet tea towel down or moisten a wooden cutting board well.
Dip rice paper in water for 15-20 seconds until softened.
Lay out on board and fill with romaine, cabbage, carrots and any optional additions.
Tuck ends onto wrap and roll up like a burrito. Repeating with all wraps.
Combine sauce ingredients and serve immediately.
