Tasty Tahini Chopped Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Salad Ingredients
  • 1 head of romaine chopped
  • ½ avocado cubed
  • 1 to mato diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • Dressing Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs. nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbs. tahini preferably raw, if you can source it
  • Juice of ¼-½ a lemon to taste
  • 1 tsp. tamari or Liquid Braggs
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Toss salad ingredients together.
  • Whisk nutritional yeast, tahini, lemon juice, Tamari and sea salt together.
  • Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
