Salad Ingredients

head of romaine
chopped
½
avocado
cubed
1 to
mato
diced

red pepper
diced
Dressing Ingredients

Tbs.
nutritional yeast
1
Tbs.
tahini
preferably raw, if you can source it
Juice of ¼-½ a lemon
to taste
1
tsp.
tamari or Liquid Braggs
Sea salt
to taste (optional)
Instructions
Toss salad ingredients together.
Whisk nutritional yeast, tahini, lemon juice, Tamari and sea salt together.
Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
