1small or 1/2 medium beetraw – (use a high powered blender or cook beet before blending)
1/4teaspoonfresh ginger root
1/2bunch spinachchopped and rinsed
6datesto taste ---if less sugar is desired sweeten to taste with stevia instead
Instructions
Add the coconut water, apple, beet, ginger root, spinach and dates to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
