Kale CoCo Smoothie Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup ground coconut unsweetened
  • 1 cup mango frozen is okay
  • ½ super ripe banana

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
