Peppermint Dream Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic hemp milk
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed, gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
