Festive Spice Holiday Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • cup frozen or fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 small banana sliced and frozen (optional)
  • 2 dates
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on low and gradually increasing until fully blended.
  • Serve immediately.
