Green Tea Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Servings 12 ounces

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbs. hot water
  • 1 organic green tea bag or serving of loose leaf tea you need a tea or other strainer for this
  • 1 tsp. stevia
  • c blueberries frozen is okay
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¾ cup hemp milk

Instructions
 

  • Steep green tea bag in hot water for 3 minutes. Remove bag and discard.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
