Ingredients
  

  • Add 1 ½ cup coconut water
  • Next add 1 medium red apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 medium banana peeled and broken into several pieces (Frozen)
  • Dash of powdered nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of powdered cloves
  • 1 Date pit removed

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together starting on low and increasing speed as needed.
  • Enjoy!
